We will contact you within the next 24 hours to confirm your reservation and collect your details. The room type requested is subject to availability until the reservation is confirmed with contact information and payment details.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to check-in without penalty. Cancellation within 24 hours of check-in will be charged a 50% late cancellation fee.

We are part of the large complex at the south west corner of Richmond and Windemere. Follow the map below closely:
The best way to arrive, is to enter the property from 435 Windermere Road. Follow the red line on the map to our back-parking lot. Enter the Guest House door and come up to the second floor to our reception desk.
